Winchester Hawks Alumni Celebrates 7 seasons of support
Since 2018-19 the Winchester Hawks Alumni have supported 11 local players, from North and South Dundas, during their time on the team as well as supporting the overall team.
This year’s Winchester Hawks local player, Liam Berry, will be receiving his 4th bursary from the Winchester Hawks Alumni in his last year playing Junior B as he transitions to his over-age year with Morrisburg Lions Junior C.
The Alumni have also supported 10 Minor Hockey families from North Dundas Minor Hockey and South Dundas Minor Hockey with player registration fee support.
Over the last 7 seasons the Alumni has provide just under $30,000 in support to local hockey players at all levels and is proud to continue helping make hockey development accessible to our community families.
If anyone would like to support the Winchester Hawks Alumni and their activities in the community, it is a non-profit community organization and accepts donations and collaborates in fundraising activities with the Winchester Hawks through the sale of Alumni Passes to the season games.
